We calculate your plan
We use the Household Expenditure Measure (HEM) to work out a realistic monthly payment that covers essentials first, then allocates what's left fairly across your creditors.
We propose to your creditors
We draft formal hardship notices and proposed arrangements to each creditor on your behalf. You don't pick up the phone.
Creditors respond
Most creditors accept — a reduced, kept payment is better than a missed one. You'll see each response as it comes in.
Your plan begins
Once agreed, your 3-month Temporary Hardship Plan activates. One direct debit per month; we distribute to each creditor on your behalf.
