§01 · What we do

One platform, three parties.

Hardship Hub is Australia’s national platform for financial hardship management. We help people experiencing financial difficulty by building Temporary Hardship Plans that consolidate multiple debts into a single, affordable payment.

When someone is struggling — whether from job loss, illness, family breakdown, or any other life event — we step in and negotiate directly with their creditors. The platform handles the communication, the HEM-based calculation, and the payment distribution, so our members can focus on getting back on their feet.

We work with banks, utilities, telcos, and BNPL providers across Australia to establish fair and sustainable arrangements that work for both sides.
